Welcome to the first Part-Time Fanboy giveaway/contest! Lionsgate Films via Partnershub are giving certain websites the chance to offer their readers the opportunity to win a Vudu digital download of the somewhat classic horror film The Blair Witch Project!

But here’s the thing…I hated The Blair Witch Project. When I saw it in the theater I actually demanded that the theater give me my money back after I was done watching the film! That’s how much I disliked this movie!

But still, I get that there are a lot of you out there who may feel differently than I do. Heck, it’s one of the largest grossing independent features of all time and may be one of the most profitable indie flicks ever…so the filmmakers must have done something right! I understand that many people out there may absolutely love The Blair Witch Project! It seems to have scared the crap out of a lot of people! So if you are in that number of people who have a burning desire to own a free digital copy of The Blair Witch Project then here’s what you have to do:

Send us an e-mail at ptf@parttimefanboy.com telling us if you have ever either asked for your money back or walked out mid-way through a movie at the movie theater and why. The person with the best/craziest/funniest story wins!That’s it! That’s all you have to do!

Now, obviously, the judging of the entries is subjective so just know that I’ll be the final judge when it comes to the winner. I’ll be taking entries until Friday, November 7, 2014 at twelve midnight! Good luck! Oh, but before you try and remember your moment of movie going disgust here’s a tiny bit of legalese to take in:

Each household is only eligible to win One (1) Digital Download code for The Blair Witch Project via blog reviews and giveaways. Only one entrant per mailing address per giveaway. If you have won the same prize on another blog, you will not be eligible to win it again. Winner is subject to eligibility verification.
