SPOILERS! This past Friday saw the release of the first joint superhero venture from Marvel and Sony Studios- Spider-Man: Homecoming! After Sony stumbled with their last three Spidey movies and saw how well Marvel had been doing with their MCU a joint agreement was reached where both studios would combine forces to produce a newer, fresher take on everyone’s favorite wall crawler. The bar was set high after Tom Holland debuted as the Amazing Arachnid in Captain America: Civil War. Did Homecoming live up to the expectations of fans the world over? Or did the latest Spider-Man flick fail to get a passing grade?
