Thirty six years ago in the pages of Peter Parker, Spectacular Spider-Man # 64 a pair of super-powered crimefighters appeared unlike anything that comicdom had seen come before! Cloak and Dagger (created by Bill Mantlo and Ed Hannigan) were two runaways who were trying to survive on the cruel streets of New York. Kidnapped and experimented on with a synthetic form of heroin they were transformed into a superhuman team that would fight to keep the streets safe against the same kind of drug runners that almost killed them by giving them their powers.

Last month, Freeform debuted a television show based on the Marvel Comics property! The show was very different from its comic book roots and was a darling among critics with early reviews providing praise for the TV adaptation of Cloak and Dagger. This week, with the first half of the season having aired, the Part-Time Fanboy crew sits down to chat about all things Cloak and Dagger. Kristian chats with Corey Blake, Reyna Velarde, and Paul Edwards about the comic and TV versions of Marvel’s latest entry into the television landscape!
