Navigating With You was one of Kristian's favorite comics of 2024. The first volume told the tale of two teenage girls who were new to their high school developing a romance through their shared love of manga. In volume two of Navigating With You (available on November 24th from the Maverick imprint of Mad Cave Studios), the protagonists of the story find themselves having to work through a long distance relationship as one of them has had to move away. The story that unfolds is that of two people who care for each other discovering that being physically apart is harder than anticipated. On this episode of the podcast, Kristian chats with Jeremy Whitley, the creator of Navigating With You, about why there was more story to tell after the first book and how he shaped his examination of long distance relationships in the second volume.
