Once upon a time, not so long ago, there was a time when the term “superhero movie” elicited dread in the hearts of the average comic book fan. There was a time when movies based on the four color characters we all loved elicited disappointment and embarrassment more than anything else. Come with us to a time before Bryan Singer single-handedly transformed the superhero film and made the X-Men franchise the box office behemoth it is today.This week Kristian and Paul watched the Generation X TV pilot, which was the first live-action property based off of the X-Universe but just couldn’t match the expectations of comic book fans around the world.
But before they dived into the mess of Generation X Paul and Kristian took some time to remember the great Leonard Nimoy and how much his work meant to us throughout the years.
