Mark L. Miller is a comic writer who has worked on several horror titles including a gender swapped Jungle Book adaptation for Zenescope Entertainment, Nanny and Hank for Bluewater Productions, and Pirouette for Black Mask Studios. Today sees the release of his latest comic book mini-series, Gravetrancers! Published by Black Mask Studios, Gravetrancers tells a horror tale of a family that uses the corpses of the dead to synthesize an addictive drug. Using classic horror movies such as The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Night of the Living Dead as well as many others for inspiration Miller, along with artist James Michael Whynot and colorist Dee Cunniffe, has presented one of the most original concepts in the horror genre in years! This week Kristian sits down with Mark to discuss the publication of his latest comic and what inspired him to write a story where dead bodies are used as the main ingredient for a hardcore narcotic! It’s a chat that’s as addictive as the comic that inspired it on this week’s Part-Time Fanboy!
