Martin Eden is a comic creator in the U.K. He’s been making superhero comics on his own since the late ’90’s. He started writing and drawing his comic, The O-Men, in his spare time and selling them via the convention circuit and built up a small yet avid following. Years later he would create what he dubbed as “The World’s First Gay Superhero Team” with his comic series Spandex. Recently, Martin turned to the world of web comics and expanded his comic universe into the all ages realm with his new series, Zeroes. Martin has probably been interviewed on the podcast more than any other guest because of the fact that Kristian loves the work that he does and because of the unbridled adoration of superhero comics that comes brimming through the pages of all of his projects. On this episode of Part-Time Fanboy Eden shares his experiences of self publishing his own comics for almost twenty years! He talks about jumping from self publishing in print to the web, his days of doing the convention grind, and how his process has changed with the advent of the iPad Pro!
