This week the second volume of Sarah Davidson‘s charming, fun, and educational graphic novel series Jackson’s Wilder Adventures debuts! Jackson’s Wilder Adventures is a series that helps young children look at what may sometimes be an intimidating world through the eyes of the animal kingdom. Sarah helps kids cope with things like not wanting to eat different foods or losing their first tooth by having her protagonists (a young boy named Jackson and his imaginary Tasmanian Tiger friend Irwin) look at the behaviors of critters in the wild and see how they deal with the same problems. On this episode of the Part-Time Fanboy podcast, Kristian chats with Sarah about what inspired her to make a comic about creatures in the wild, her unique artistic process, and how a fateful car accident during her honeymoon changed the course of her life!
