Episode five hundred and fifty is here! To celebrate, Part-Time Fanboy welcomes back one of the first people to be interviewed on the podcast, Conor McCreery! Conor is one of the creators behind the Kill Shakespeare series of graphic novels as well as a host of other comic book projects. His latest series, The Last Witch: Blood and Betrayal is the sequel to his 2021 series, The Last Witch. In Blood and Betrayal, the lead protagonist must learn to cope with the fact that she is a witch even though she’s been taught all her life that witches are evil. On this 550th episode of the Part-Time Fanboy podcast, Kristian chats with Conor about why it took almost four years after the sequel had been completed for it to be released, how his artist (V. V. Glass) and colorist (Natalia Nesterenko) rallied around the series when they found themselves without a publisher, and how he approaches writing stories for a younger audience.
