We’ve all heard the stories of washed up child actors. Kids become famous at an early age and fandom refuses to accept them as they grow older and age out of their “cute” phase. Greg Smith and Travis Webb wondered, “What if that ever happened with superheroes?” In their new comic called Starlite (Being funded via Kickstarter now) Smith and Webb investigate a world where superhero siblings who fought crime as children grew up to lose their super powers. What happens to super kids when they grow out of the superpower biz and are no longer…super? On this episode of Part-Time Fanboy we chat with the creators of Starlite and unveil how they began working together, the fascinating paths their writing careers have taken, and what their plans are for their new series!
