This past weekend saw the finale of the first Marvel produced television show for the Disney + streaming platform. WandaVision took the nerd world by storm by usurping fan expectations and playing with classic TV conventions as it trapped its two lead characters in a world of rotating sitcom backdrops. In this first series to take place after the events of Avengers Endgame, Wanda and The Vision saw themselves living an idyllic suburban community which mimicked the settings of beloved situation comedies of the golden era of television. As events on the show unfolded it became evident that the perfect life that the couple was leading was not as ideal as it seemed. This week Kristian sits down with Paul Edwards, Reyna Velarde, Yvis Cannavale, and Keith Howell to discuss the Marvel TV show that kept the geek world guessing for weeks as they attempted to figure out just what was going on in the town of Westview, New Jersey…home of the MCU’s most powerful superhero couple.
